But first there’s the matter of a little ‘ole workshop to develop. A few years ago we used a blog/wiki combo to redesign our job posting site. Basically our blog replaced email and our wiki replaced umpteen dozens of versions of word docs floating around. The entire project team subscribed to the project blog and regularly checked their bloglines account for new posts.
This certainly isn’t the only way of doing things. But shall we give it a try and see how it works for us? What say ye?

1) comment on this post
2) post yourself
3) edit our wiki with anything. Also called mushroomeaters (hey it’s an evocative name and I intend to mine this metaphor for all it’s worth without getting too Tim Leary on our audience). I’ve done no formatting yet there. You should receive the access info in your email.
4) subscribe to this blog in whatever newsreader you use. If you don’t use one, bloglines is still pretty good. Google reader is getting positive buzz these days. Blogbridge is great but I prefer to access my feeds from within my browser.
5) Comment here if you get hung up anywhere along this process.
